Buy Toy Story DVD

Toy Story 3, the much anticipated release of the sequel to Toy Story and Toy Story 2, has many people looking to buy Toy Story on DVD. The big stores are running low on stock, with the release of Toy Story 3 on June 18, the best price and availability of the original Toy Story on DVD is on eBay.

The great Disney and Pixar family movie starring Tim Allen and Tom Hanks, asks the universal questions we all want to know:

"What do toys do when they're not played with?"

The first movie deals with what must be the hardest time of the year for toys, the annual birthday party, when their owner gets newer and better toys that may replace them. This year the newest toy is Space Ranger Buzz Lightyear played by Time Allen.

With Toy Story 2 we have one of those rare instances when a sequel may be better than the original. Most people do agree that it surpassed the original artistically as well as commercially.

Toy Story 1 and 2 are two of the greatest family movies of all time and if you don't own them yet, now is the time!

Transformers 2 DVD

Transformers Revenge of the Fallen has all the action of Transformers, and in fact is very similar.  The battle scene of Transformers 2 was about an hour too long in my opinion, but if that is what you are looking for in a movie, you will absolutely love Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

The Plot: Decepticon forces return to Earth on a mission to take Sam Witwicky prisoner, after the young hero learns the truth about the ancient origins of the Transformers.

My Opinion: I just couldn't keep quite on this one.  To tell the truth, My older kids and I were watching it, and I had to go feed the baby and I never returned - on purpose!  The movie had another 90 minutes and I had seen enough.

Transformers 2 Revenge of the Fallen was considerably more tacky and raunchy than the first transformers movie, and we used our remote control to try and save ourselves from the worst of it.

But. . .if you are looking for non-stop action, a continuation of the Transformers characters, and amazing special effects, then Transformers 2 is for you.  The story line was just so so for me, but I was in awe at some of the special affects and even screamed out a few times.

When you see the tongue on the girl you will know what I mean. Sick.

So, if you liked Transformers, like my teens, you will want to see Transformers 2.  But don't say I didn't warn you.
